You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Certain items (like personalized or used candles) are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted (unless the product was defective or damaged on arrival).
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
